    Straight facts, no fluff

Spent three nights in a cozy, spacious room with all the essentials during my stay. LouAnn was a fantastic host, providing valuable tips for exploring Yosemite. The scenic location made for convenient day trips. WiFi had issues initially, but I managed to disconnect, which was a refreshing change.

    clean room
    friendly host
    outdated decor
    limited service

The cabin was rustic yet clean, providing a serene escape close to nature. However, the outdated decor and occasional cobwebs made things feel neglected. Limited mobile service was inconvenient, but the friendly host was helpful with local tips. Overall, it had potential for adventure, despite a few drawbacks.

We had an awesome time with friends! The cabin was cozy, and we loved rafting on the Merced River and exploring the nearby hiking trails. Luann, the manager, was super nice and gave us great tips for our trip. Just set your expectations for a rustic vibe and enjoy it!

However, we did notice some cleanliness issues, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, which could use a good deep clean.

Rustic Getaway with Room for Improvement

Our stay was quite rustic, perfect for nature lovers. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the secluded setting. However, ensure to bring your own cleaning supplies and cell service, as Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Overall, a unique experience for adventurous families!

    cozy retreat
    helpful host
    cleanliness issues
    spider infestation
    hidden dirt

The cabin provided a cozy retreat with delightful wooden interiors. the fireplace was pre-lit upon arrival, setting a warm ambiance. LouAnn's welcoming demeanor and helpful tips about local attractions enhanced our experience. However, cleanliness fell short, numerous spiders and cobwebs were found in various corners, including the kitchen. The room, although superficially clean, had hidden dirt in cupboards and a questionable bedspread. The location was convenient for day trips to Yosemite, which was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay with my aunt and kids! The cabin was spacious and clean, allowing us to cook up some meals for our Yosemite trips. The nearby Merced River was a blast for rafting and the scenery was spectacular. Luann was friendly and helped us feel right at home.

My kids wished for a better way to keep cool, especially in the warmer nights.
